Our Mission is to Help Design Inclusive and Equitable Environments
We imagine a world where everyone has a place they want to live, work, and play; where they are comfortable, feel they belong, and have economic mobility. We don't believe in one-size fits all. In fact, we explore alternative and innovative approaches to architecture design, development, and construction in order to offer choices. Every partnership we form and every building we work on are driven by our vision for lively, diverse, socially-rich, and inclusive environments.
Accessibility Consulting Services
As licensed Certified Access Specialists (CASp), Access With Skill offers assessment, reviews, and inspections of new and existing properties for accessibility compliance. Our services are based on the California Building code - a state building code- and the Americans with Disabilities Act- a federal civil rights law that is driven by equal access to goods and services. Disabled access compliance of a property depends on three constraints: the physical site, specific code requirements, and monetary availability for the project.
